Desktop/Laptop Collection Program
TechShare was created by a group of Carrollton students that saw a need in our community and created a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower students and support those in need of technology. This group collects used electronic devices and has them wiped by a local partner (R.E.C.IT).

WAYS WE HELP
POSITIVE CHANGE
Through our program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at TechShare.Miami , and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization.
DISTRIBUTION
A photo and description of each donated device is uploaded to a virtual catalog that our local community partners can access on a regular basis. Our partners can view and select devices from our inventory for their students. Once we receive a request from our partners, one of our students delivers the requested device to our partners, and our partners distribute the donated device to their students.

By participating in this project we fulfill Sacred Heart Goal III a social awareness that impels to action.
